Isotonic, which means “same pressure,” bears the same chemical resemblance of the body’s blood, plasma and tears. All fluids in the body have a certain concentration, referred to as osmotic pressure. Daily lifestyle factors and poor dietary choices adversely affect the amount of magnesium we are ingesting. Foods rich in magnesium include whole grains, nuts and green vegetables, which are potent sources of magnesium because of their chlorophyll content. Magnesium for good night sleep
I often have leg cramp during the night. Since taking Magnesium, I no longer suffer from leg cramps. It also helps me to sleep better and have a deeper sleep.

TELL THE DIFFERENCE
I can defiantly tell the difference after taking the Magensium for more than a month. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach. Great product
